The
Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is a non-profit making membership organisation providing support to professionally
qualified practitioners.
The
International Institute of Reflexology is also the only school
licensed to teach the Original Ingham Method.
Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the principle that there are areas or reflex points on the hands and feet which correspond to every organ and parts
of the body helping to balance the body’s systems, stimulating underactive areas and calming overactive ones. It is harmless to those areas
functioning correctly.
Reflexology will relax your whole body relieving stress and tension and helping with many conditions including:
- Acne
- Colds
- Eczema
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome
- Indigestion
- Psoriasis
- Shingles
- Whiplash
This treatment will last for approximately 45min -1 hour and costs £25.
At the initial appointment a full medical history will be taken.
